Mannheim. Norbert Hinckers will leave the Executive Board of
VRmagic Holding AG at the end of 2017. Markus Schill will remain as
Chairman of VRmagic Holding AG and CEO of VRmagic GmbH and VRmagic
Imaging GmbH.
Hinckers played a major part in building and shaping the company since it was founded in 2001. The decision was taken for personal reasons. Hinckers will remain associated with the company as a shareholder. The Supervisory Board and shareholders regret his departure from an operational role and thank him for his successful work.
